A Delhi court on Saturday acquitted sixteen Uttar Pradesh police personnel accused in 1987 Hashimpura massacre in which over 40 Muslim were killed.

At least three members of a Tablighi Jamaat team from South Africa were wounded by an armed attacker in Mandideep area in Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh. The police took them to the local hospital where they are being treated.
