During this month we remember the Hama massacre when Bashar al-Assad’s father Hafez killed 30,000 - 40,000 Muslims. The massacre occurred in February 1982, when the Syrian Arab Army under the orders of the country’s then-president, Hafez al-Assad, besieged the town of Hama for 27 days in order to quell an ‘uprising’ by the Muslim Brotherhood.

Bashar has surpassed his father in killing Muslims with over 200,000 killed, thousands injured/tortured and over 2 million have fled Syria.
