Two years ago this day, Bashar al Assad’s forces executed 80 prisoners and dumped them in the river Queiq River, Aleppo. Between 71 and 80 bodies were found along the Quweiq river in the Bustan al-Qasr neighbourhood of Aleppo. According to local activists, their hands had been bound, and each had been shot in the head.
